Fairy Picture effect
This tutorial will teach you how to make a fairy picture effect, I have
selected a enjoying picture to make this effect, follow all the step to learn
completely.
Step 1: Take a picture to modify as here.
Step 2: Make duplicate picture and give blur effect, go to Filter menu >
Blur > Gaussian blur and set radius as here.
Step 3: Change blending mode of the layer.
The picture will be look like this.
Step 4: Select Ellipse tool (U key) and draw a circle with light yellow color
as here.
Step 5: Give blur effect, go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian blur and
set radius as here.
Step 6: Now insert some crow picture and set them as here that is final
picture
