Flying Balloon
In this example you will learn how to make animated balloon effect, I hope
you enjoy this tutorial because this an animated example. follow this example.
Step 1: Take a balloon picture as here to make animate.
Step 2: Take a new file and fill any color, I have filled white color as
here.
Step 3: Set foreground and background color as here.
Step 4: Add some clouds, go to filter menu > Render > Clouds the
picture should be same.
Step 5: Now come to balloon picture and make selection by the Pen tool (P
key) and Copy and past on the main file.
Step 6: Make duplicate layer of the balloon and set as here.
