Pencil Sketch
In this example we will teach you how to convert a picture into a a pencil
sketch picture, I have selected a boy picture to modify. Follow this example and
make this effect.
Step 1: Take a picture to convert a pencil effect, and press Ctrl + Shift + U
key to make black and white picture.
Step 2 Give paint daubs effect, go to Filter menu > Artistic > Paint
Daubs and set value as here.
Step 3: Now give blur effect, go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian blur
and set radius.
The picture should be same.
Step 4: Change the layer blending mode as here.
