Spooky Text
In this example I will teach you how to make your text to a Spooky text, it
is not different another text effect. Let's star yourself and learn how can it
done.
Step 1: Take a new black background color file.
Step 2: Select Text tool (T key) and modify the formatting and write text on
the document with white color as given here.
Step 3: Give blur effect, go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian blur and
set radius as here.
Step 4: Now take Smudge tool (R key) and make settings then apply on the text
as I have done here.
Step 5: Make delicate file and change blending mode.
