Make a Night Scene Using Photoshop
In this example you are going to lean how to draw star and add star in the
sky at night time, I am sure you will be able to draw that by follow this
example.
Step 1: Take any night scene picture as I have take here a city picture.
Step 2: Select Pen tool (P key) and draw with white color as here.
Step 3: Make duplicate layer and press Ctrl + T key and right click on the
selection then choose as here.
Step 4: Make duplicate layer and press Ctrl + T key and adjust as here.
Step 5: Now make duplicate layer again and press Ctrl + T key and right click
then choose as here.
You star is completed.
Step 6: Make many star and set as I have done here.
