Create Rainbow Using Photoshop
In this example, you will learn how to generate rainbow in the sky, if you
follow all the steps, I am sure you can draw rainbow on any type of sky picture.
Step 1: Take a new sky picture to draw rainbow in the sky and select
Elliptical Marquee tool (M key) and draw a circle of the selection.
Step 2: Select foreground color '3dd0a03' and fill in the selection by the
Paint Bucket tool (G key),
Step 3: Decrease the selection size, go to Select menu > Modify >
Contract and set contract by '6px'.
Step 4: Select '#e36c10' color and take a new layer and full color.
Use upper both step to make another colored circle with different color.
After completed all the circle shape hide background layer and go to layer menu
choose merge visible (Ctrl + Shift + E).
Step 5: Select Rectangular marquee tool and make selection of the picture.
Step 6: Now select Elliptical marquee tool and modify the selection then
press del key to delete the selection part.
Step 7: Now press Ctrl + T key and modify the position of the rainbow as
here.
Step 8: Use blur effect, go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian Blur and
make setting radius '9.1', the picture would be look as here.
Step 9: Reduce opacity of the layer '100%' to '49%', your final picture is
here.
