Sun Rays
In this example, I am going to teach you how to draw a light our sun rays
with the clouds in the sky, I have made it only three step but every steps are
important so follow now.
Step 1: First you need any sky picture as I have taken here.
This picture has been taken for the teaching purpose.
Step 2: Select Pen tool and draw shape with white color as I have done here.
Step 3: Go to Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set same radius as
here.
The sun rays picture would be completed.
